Oh wow. I really like your guys reviews. Keep it up~!

Curious, is it strictly drawn comics?

No, but keep in mind that we will judge sprite comics on the same level as a drawn comic. So if you've just got another sonic/megaman recolor comic I'd suggest not setting yourself up.

Hey, thanks, I'll definitely use some of these tips to help me out.

And despite the little jokes I make about me being lazy, I do like to draw complicated things every once in a while, but there are always exceptions in the cases of drawing things like the background for the first chapter. I wasn't very used to my tablet yet, not to mention New Pork City is pretty detailed to draw. I didn't know Sushi Gummy was going to be a major comic for me, so I made that entire chapter in one night without any care for details.

But I'll definitely try using different emotions for my crazy-weird facial expressions. That's a pretty smart idea.

About the paint thing, I have tried and considered other types of programs, but unfortunately, at the end I was more satisfied with paint. The readers seemed to prefer it, too. I'd make the comics hand drawn, but I can't get them colored very easily that way.

I'll also try to add a bit more story in-between chapters.

The milestone celebrations are actually part of the story, and I'm sure it could turn out to be a horrible idea because of the constant repetition, but hopefully what I've been planning will make it turn out for the better (the chapter isn't over yet).
I'm sure you might disagree with this, too, but the only reason the 1st year anniversary and 100 fans celebrations are in the comic is because I'm trying to stick as many parties in it as possible. Once again, I'm doing this for a little plan I've got going for the very end of the chapter, and hopefully it'll be a success. If not, it was worth a try.

And while this seems a bit cocky for me, I don't really think I'm being lazy drawing the comics (most of the time). For example, that Animal Crossing drawing that had screwed up proportions, I worked pretty hard on it, but it ended up looking bad. It wasn't something I had planned for. Plus I like the Pokeball and DS characters, for their personalities more than their appearance. The 'author's lazy' jokes I make do seem to be a bit overused, possibly because it's something I've been doing in my comics my entire life, but I might not be willing to cut the jokes out completely. I'll try my best to cut them down, though. I have noticed lately that some people don't support fourth wall breaking (or, in my case, fourth wall demolition).

But this review really has given me a few ideas of small things I can do to improve the comic in the future, and in my opinion, the small things really do help more than the large things.

And for a bit of clarification, although it might not matter to you, Sushi Gummy hasn't ever been my favorite or most well-made comic. I realize it has its flaws, and it's actually because this type of humor I'm using, despite how much I enjoy using it, is relatively new to me and isn't something I'm used to or good at yet. This review has certainly helped me see some of these flaws, since I can't easily notice them myself. Hopefully with a bit of practice, I'll show much more improvement.

So, thanks for reading and reviewing Sushi Gummy! I'm glad you (liked/laughed at/felt a disturbing ache while reading/I give up) it! I'll try using these tips in the future, and if I ever make a comic that I take 100% seriously, I'll be sure to show you. :P

Heh. Serious. That's a new word for me.

Oh, by the way, I do, very frequently, type huge messages like this. It's my thing.
